• Device information (device type, operating system) • Push notification tokens • Precise GPS location (used for geofence arrival/departure detection at cleaning properties) • Background location updates (used during active cleaning windows to track arrival and departure times) • Motion and activity data via CoreMotion (used to distinguish driving from stationary activity for geofence accuracy and automatic mileage tracking) • WiFi network names (SSIDs) and passwords entered by property owners for cleaner arrival verification, stored encrypted using AES-GCM • Mileage and trip tracking data (start/end locations, distances, drive times) for business expense tracking • Photos and evidence: photos you take in the App, including damage and cleaning-issue photos, are stored as part of your records, and a photo may include the location where it was taken embedded in the image file • Voice recordings: if you record a voice memo or add a voice note to a property walkthrough, that audio is stored with your records • Guest communication records: if you use the guest-log feature to archive a conversation from your booking platform (such as Airbnb), we capture and store the message text, and any screen recording you choose to make, so you keep a record of the interaction; this may include information about your guests • App usage data and interaction patterns • Diagnostic and crash data: the App continuously records diagnostic logs (errors, key actions, and session information tied to your account) and crash reports so we can find and fix problems and provide support

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: • Create and manage your account • Connect property owners with their Providers through invite codes • Process payments and manage subscriptions • Facilitate communication between connected users • Send push notifications about connections, messages, and account updates • Operate the Badge Accountability System • Respond to support requests and improve our services • Enforce our Terms of Service

3. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only in the following circumstances: With Other Users: Your profile information (name, photo, bio, services, service area) is visible to other users of the platform. Contact details (phone number, email) are only shared after a confirmed and paid match. With Service Providers: We share data with trusted third parties who help us run the App, including Supabase (database, sign-in, and file storage), Stripe (subscription payments), SendGrid (sending account and support emails), Vercel (hosting our website, subscription checkout, and support form), and Apple (Sign in with Apple). When you use in-app translation, your message and note text is sent to Google Cloud Translation to translate it. For Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or to protect our rights, property, or safety. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers with row-level security policies ensuring users can only access their own data. We use encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and implement industry-standard security measures. While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. After account deletion, we retain only what is reasonably necessary to maintain accurate business and service records, comply with our legal, tax, and reporting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, promote safety, and enforce our agreements. Specifically: • Account and service records: When you delete your account, it is disabled immediately and cannot be used again. We retain your name and email address (all users) and, for Providers, the business phone number and home-base address from your profile, together with the record of the properties and service connections associated with your account. These records preserve the continuity of the CleanMatchPro professional network and the business history of the parties you have worked with. A Property Owner's phone number and personal street address are removed at deletion. • Property records: Property details, including address and location, are retained as part of the operating and financial record for that property. • Financial and claim records: Payment, invoice, earnings, and tax records, together with damage-claim documentation and evidence other than photographs, are retained as required for financial, tax, and legal compliance and as the business records of the parties involved. Photographs are covered separately below. • Expense receipts: Receipt photos and files attached to an expense are retained for as long as that expense record is retained, as part of the financial records described above. • Damage photos: Photographs attached to damage and cleaning-issue reports are retained for up to six months after they are taken, then automatically removed. The written record of the issue — what was reported, and when and where it was captured — is retained as part of the financial and claim records described above. Where a photograph has been removed, any report or claim package generated afterwards shows a note in its place recording that the image was removed and the date it was removed. • Messages: Messages from completed matches are automatically purged after 30 days. Messages from declined or expired matches are purged after 7 days. Messages are retained if the Provider has saved the contact. • Payment records: Retained as required for financial and tax compliance. • Reports and strikes: Retained for fraud prevention and the safety of the community. • Support requests: Retained along with the name, email, and message text you provided. • Deletion archives: When you delete your account, we create an internal archive copy of your records, retained for up to six months and then permanently destroyed. Residual copies of information may also remain in our backup systems for a limited period before being overwritten.

8. Location Data

We collect precise GPS location data and use background location updates to power geofence-based arrival and departure tracking at cleaning properties. Location tracking activates only during scheduled cleaning windows and deactivates afterward. We also use CoreMotion data (accelerometer and motion activity) to verify that location events represent genuine arrivals rather than drive-by GPS triggers, and to automatically log mileage for business trips. Location data is shared only with your connected property owners or cleaners for scheduling coordination. We do not sell location data or share it with advertisers.
